Cookie & Analytics Notice

This notice explains how Zahavi Digital Clarity uses cookies, analytics, tags, server logs and similar technologies in connection with this website.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This notice should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Diagnostic Disclaimer and Confidentiality & Data Handling page.

The website currently uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand general website use and selected actions in the request journey.

This notice does not itself create a cookie banner or consent-management mechanism. Where applicable law, platform rules or the technical configuration require prior consent, a separate consent mechanism should control non-essential analytics technologies.

1. Purpose of this notice

The website may use cookies, tags, scripts, local storage, server logs and similar technologies for purposes including:

  • operating and securing the website;
  • displaying pages and forms correctly;
  • receiving diagnostic requests;
  • preventing spam and abuse;
  • remembering consent or preference choices where available;
  • understanding general website use;
  • measuring the request journey;
  • identifying technical or usability problems;
  • improving website content and performance.

The technologies used may change when website functionality, plugins, analytics or service providers change.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small data files that a website or third-party service may store on a visitor's device.

Similar technologies may include:

  • browser local storage;
  • JavaScript tags and scripts;
  • pixels;
  • browser or device identifiers;
  • server logs;
  • analytics technologies;
  • consent-preference storage.

Some technologies are reasonably necessary for website operation, security or form functionality.

Others support analytics or optional measurement.

3. Technologies currently used

As of the date shown above, the website uses or may rely on:

  • WordPress as the website content-management system;
  • Elementor for website page structure and presentation;
  • Fluent Forms for diagnostic request forms;
  • Google Tag Manager container GTM-P6DPFWJ5 to manage selected website tags;
  • Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-23B6793WJZ for website analytics;
  • hosting, server-log, email-delivery, security and spam-prevention technologies used to operate the website.

Google Tag Manager is a tag-management system. It can load and control other tags, such as the Google Analytics tag.

The data processed therefore depends on the tags actually configured and permitted to run.

4. Current cookie and technology categories

Category Current purpose General treatment
Necessary Website operation, page delivery, forms, security, spam prevention and technical stability. May operate where reasonably necessary for the website or requested functionality.
Analytics General traffic measurement, page views, traffic sources, devices, website performance and selected request-journey actions. Provided through Google Analytics 4 according to the site's technical and consent configuration.
Preference Remembering cookie or consent choices where a preference mechanism is enabled. Depends on the consent or preference tool actually active.
Advertising Advertising targeting, remarketing or audience creation. Google Ads remarketing, Meta Pixel and advertising audience tags are not currently intended to be active on this website.

5. Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 may be used to understand information such as:

  • pages viewed;
  • general navigation through the website;
  • traffic and referral sources;
  • device and browser categories;
  • approximate geographic area;
  • date and time of visits;
  • general website engagement;
  • selected conversion-related actions;
  • technical and performance information.

Selected measurement events may include:

  • successful diagnostic request submissions;
  • selected contact-link interactions;
  • other technical events required to understand the request journey.

Analytics is used to understand the website as a whole, not to evaluate the personal character or private circumstances of individual visitors.

6. Google Analytics cookies

Depending on consent and technical configuration, Google Analytics 4 may use first-party cookies including:

Cookie Purpose Typical maximum duration
_ga Used by Google Analytics to distinguish pseudonymous website users. Up to 2 years, subject to browser, consent and configuration limits.
_ga_<container-id> Used by Google Analytics to persist session state for the relevant analytics property. Up to 2 years, subject to browser, consent and configuration limits.
Consent or preference cookie May remember a visitor's cookie or consent choices where a consent mechanism is active. Depends on the tool and its configuration.

Browser restrictions, user settings, consent choices and future configuration changes may shorten or otherwise affect these periods.

7. Form submissions and analytics

The website includes diagnostic request forms through which visitors may provide:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone or WhatsApp number;
  • business name;
  • website URL;
  • business context;
  • information voluntarily included in the request.

Form information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the Confidentiality & Data Handling page.

Google Analytics measurement may record that a form was successfully submitted.

The contents entered into diagnostic form fields are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics as analytics event values.

Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, billing credentials, unrestricted administrator access or unnecessary sensitive personal information into a diagnostic request form.

8. Server logs and security information

Hosting, server and security systems may automatically process technical information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • operating system;
  • pages or resources requested;
  • date and time of requests;
  • referring URL;
  • technical errors;
  • security events;
  • information associated with spam or abuse prevention.

Such information may be used for:

  • website operation;
  • security;
  • troubleshooting;
  • spam and abuse prevention;
  • performance monitoring;
  • hosting administration;
  • protection of legal rights.

9. Necessary website technologies

Necessary technologies may support:

  • website loading;
  • core WordPress and Elementor functions;
  • form display and submission;
  • email delivery following a form submission;
  • website and account security;
  • spam and abuse prevention;
  • technical stability;
  • consent-preference storage where available.

Blocking some necessary technologies may cause parts of the website or request process to stop functioning correctly.

10. Advertising and remarketing

As of the date of this notice, the website is not intended to use:

  • Google Ads remarketing tags;
  • Meta Pixel;
  • advertising audience creation;
  • cross-site behavioural advertising technologies.

Google Tag Manager's presence does not by itself mean that an advertising or remarketing tag is active.

If advertising or remarketing technologies are added later:

  • this notice should be updated;
  • the Privacy Policy should be reviewed;
  • the consent configuration should be reviewed;
  • relevant platform requirements should be followed.

11. Consent and preference management

Whether prior consent is required may depend on:

  • the technologies actually active;
  • the purpose of the processing;
  • the type of information involved;
  • the visitor's location;
  • applicable law;
  • relevant provider requirements.

Where a consent or preference mechanism is available, it may allow a visitor to:

  • accept non-essential analytics;
  • reject non-essential analytics;
  • manage preferences;
  • change a previous choice;
  • withdraw consent where applicable.

Necessary technologies may continue to operate where reasonably required for website functionality, security or storing the visitor's choice.

12. Google Consent Mode

Google Consent Mode, where technically implemented, communicates consent status to supported Google tags.

It may adjust how those tags behave according to a visitor's choices and the site's configuration.

Google Consent Mode is not:

  • a visible cookie banner;
  • a consent-management interface;
  • a replacement for informing visitors;
  • a substitute for collecting consent where consent is required.
A banner or another consent interface, where required, is a separate technical mechanism.

This legal notice alone does not block, activate or change analytics tags.

13. Managing cookies

Depending on the website configuration, visitors may be able to manage cookies through:

  • a website cookie banner or preference interface where available;
  • browser privacy settings;
  • browser cookie-deletion controls;
  • device settings;
  • relevant Google or third-party controls.

Most browsers allow visitors to:

  • view stored cookies;
  • delete cookies;
  • block all or selected cookies;
  • limit cross-site tracking;
  • use private browsing modes.

Blocking some cookies may affect:

  • stored preferences;
  • form or website functionality;
  • analytics measurement;
  • optional website features.

Rejecting non-essential analytics should not intentionally prevent access to the website's primary informational content.

14. Retention

Different technologies may retain information for different periods.

For example:

  • session technologies may expire when the browser session ends;
  • persistent cookies may remain for a defined period;
  • GA4 cookies may remain for up to two years unless shortened;
  • consent preferences may remain long enough to remember a visitor's choice;
  • server and security logs may follow separate retention periods;
  • third-party providers may apply their own retention settings.

Retention may be affected by:

  • browser limitations;
  • visitor deletion or blocking;
  • consent choices;
  • website configuration;
  • provider policies;
  • security and legal requirements.

15. Third-party providers

Third-party providers may:

  • set or read cookies;
  • process technical identifiers;
  • receive analytics events;
  • provide hosting, forms, email, security or analytics services;
  • operate infrastructure in different countries.

Providers process information according to their own:

  • privacy policies;
  • cookie policies;
  • terms of service;
  • security practices;
  • technical infrastructure.

Zahavi Digital Clarity does not control every technical action performed by:

  • Google;
  • hosting and email providers;
  • WordPress plugins;
  • browsers;
  • device operating systems;
  • other external services.

16. No intentional collection of sensitive data through analytics

Zahavi Digital Clarity does not intentionally configure analytics technologies to collect:

  • passwords;
  • payment-card or bank details;
  • billing credentials;
  • government identification numbers;
  • medical information;
  • children's personal information;
  • the content of diagnostic request fields;
  • other unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Visitors should not submit such information through the website unless it is genuinely required and a separate appropriate method has been agreed.

17. Relationship with the Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy provides additional information about:

  • personal information;
  • diagnostic request data;
  • purposes of processing;

  • advertising technologies are added;
  • website functionality changes.

Zahavi Digital Clarity may review website technologies and update this notice where reasonably appropriate.

Before adding a new non-essential analytics, advertising or remarketing technology, the related privacy and consent requirements should be reviewed.

19. Governing law and mandatory rights

This Cookie & Analytics Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Additional requirements may apply depending on:

  • the visitor's location;
  • the technologies active;
  • the purpose of processing;
  • the information involved;
  • applicable platform requirements.

Nothing in this notice removes or limits a mandatory privacy or data-protection right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Language and translations

This notice may be available in English, Russian and Hebrew for convenience and accessibility.

If different language versions conflict, the English version will generally apply, unless:

  • a project-specific written agreement states otherwise;
