Basics

What the service is

What is Zahavi Digital Clarity?
Zahavi Digital Clarity helps small and medium-sized businesses in Israel understand where potential customers may be getting lost from the first click through enquiry, follow-up and later customer interaction.

The core service is a personalised written Digital Clarity Diagnostic.
What is Digital Clarity Diagnostic?
It is a personalised written diagnostic connecting the areas that are relevant to the business: offer and positioning, marketing, website, mobile UX, SEO, advertising, forms and enquiry points, analytics, technical issues and the customer journey.

The purpose is to understand what needs attention first before choosing the next implementation step.
Is this just a website audit?
No.

The website may be an important part of the diagnostic, but the analysis can also consider what happens before the visit and after the enquiry.

The weak point may be traffic relevance, offer clarity, mobile UX, a form, WhatsApp, analytics, response speed, follow-up or several connected factors.
Is this SEO, advertising, CRM or website development?
No.

SEO, advertising, CRM, website development and other implementation areas may be examined when they are relevant to the problem.

The service itself is diagnosis, explanation and prioritisation — not ongoing implementation.
Who is this for?
It is designed primarily for an operating business with a real product or service, a working website, traffic or enquiries and some uncertainty about what is weakening results or what should be addressed first.
Who may not need the diagnostic?
If you already know exactly what the problem is and exactly what needs to be implemented, it may make more sense to go directly to the appropriate specialist.

The diagnostic is also not intended as ongoing SEO, advertising management, CRM setup, automation, website development, technical support or a formal legal or cybersecurity audit.
Do I need to know the real problem in advance?
No.

You only need to describe what feels unclear, weak or not working well enough.

Part of the purpose of the diagnostic is to distinguish between the visible symptom and the possible underlying causes.
Process

How the written process works

What happens after I submit the request?
I review the public website and the business context you provided.

If the diagnostic appears appropriate, the proposed scope, price, timeline and required information are confirmed in writing.

The request itself is not a purchase and does not automatically begin paid work.
When does paid work begin?
Paid diagnostic work begins only after the fit and scope are confirmed in writing, payment is completed and the information required to begin has been received.
Do I need a call or meeting?
No.

The process, clarification and delivery are handled in writing.

The document is designed to stand on its own without a verbal presentation.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No.

Simple business language is enough.

You can describe things such as “we get traffic but few enquiries”, “the ads are running but results are unclear”, “people contact us but disappear”, “the website feels weak on mobile” or simply “I do not know what to fix first”.
How long does the diagnostic take?
For the standard scope, the completed document is normally delivered within up to three business days after payment and receipt of the information required to begin.

Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays.

For a separately agreed complex scope, the timeline is confirmed in writing before payment.
What do I receive?
You receive one written document containing the overall picture, important findings, facts and hypotheses, possible impact, recommended actions, three main priorities, what does not need attention now and a 30 / 60 / 90-day action plan.
What is the 30 / 60 / 90-day plan?
It is a practical sequence for the next three months.

It separates what should be addressed first, what should follow later and what can wait.

It is part of the written diagnostic result.
Access and data

Access is limited to what is actually useful

Do I need to send passwords?
No.

Do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary administrator access.

If access is needed, it is coordinated separately and read-only access is preferred whenever practical.
What does read-only access mean?
It means information can be viewed without permission to change settings, users, content, billing or system configuration.

The purpose is diagnosis, not control over your systems.
What information might be useful?
Depending on the business and agreed scope, useful information may include GA4, Search Console, advertising reports, form data, enquiry information or other business data that helps answer the relevant questions.
Can I revoke access afterwards?
Yes.

Temporary access can be revoked after the diagnostic is complete.

Access should remain limited to what is needed for the agreed scope.
Is this a cybersecurity audit?
No.

This is not penetration testing or a formal cybersecurity audit.

If a visible issue appears to affect trust or the customer journey, it may be noted and referred to the appropriate specialist.
What is checked

The scope follows the real business situation

What areas can the diagnostic cover?
Depending on relevance and available data, the diagnostic can examine:

offer and positioning, marketing, advertising-to-page alignment, website structure, mobile UX, CTA, forms, WhatsApp, phone links, trust, SEO, analytics, tracking, customer-facing technical issues, response speed, follow-up, retention and LTV-related friction.
Does every business receive exactly the same checklist?
No.

The diagnostic is personalised.

Not every area is relevant to every business, and not every possible check is useful for every situation.
Do you check website clarity and trust?
Yes, when relevant.

This may include offer clarity, page structure, trust signals, missing information, calls to action and places where a visitor may hesitate or abandon the next step.
Do you check forms, WhatsApp and phone links?
Yes.

Relevant enquiry points can be reviewed for visibility, clarity, functionality and measurement.
Do you check what happens after the enquiry?
Yes, where relevant information is available.

The analysis may consider first response, response speed, follow-up, repeat contact, retention and other stages after the initial enquiry.
Technical and QA

Customer-facing technical and functional checks

Do you check website speed?
Yes, when performance is relevant to the customer journey.

The purpose is to identify visible performance problems and their priority — not to provide ongoing technical optimisation.
Do you test forms and buttons?
Yes.

Relevant forms, CTA buttons, WhatsApp links, phone links, booking or checkout steps may be tested within the agreed scope.
Do you check mobile?
Yes.

Mobile usability can be important to understanding, trust and completion of the next step.

The review may consider readability, navigation, buttons, forms, layout and relevant technical friction.
Do you check broken links and redirects?
Yes, where relevant.

Broken links, unavailable pages and incorrect redirects may affect both the customer journey and search visibility.
Is this a complete software QA project?
No.

Functional checks are focused on customer-facing parts of the website and enquiry journey.

This is not a continuous software-testing service or an enterprise QA programme.
Do you provide formal accessibility certification?
No.

Visible accessibility issues may be noted when they affect usability or the customer journey, but this is not a formal accessibility audit or certification.
Analytics

What can and cannot be concluded from the available data

Do I need Google Analytics?
No.

Missing analytics does not automatically prevent the diagnostic.

It changes which conclusions can be confirmed and which must remain hypotheses or limitations.
What can you review in GA4 and Search Console?
Where available, the analysis may consider traffic sources, landing pages, search queries, indexing, important events, enquiry tracking and measurement gaps.
Do you check whether forms and WhatsApp are tracked?
Yes, when measurement is relevant to the agreed scope.

The diagnostic may identify important actions that are not measured or are measured without enough context to understand business outcomes.
What if most enquiries happen in WhatsApp or by phone?
That is common.

The diagnostic can still examine the path leading to WhatsApp or the phone, what information is available before the enquiry and what becomes invisible after that point.
How do you separate facts from assumptions?
Important observations are separated into confirmed findings, hypotheses and unavailable information.

The document does not present an unverified explanation as a confirmed fact.
Will you estimate how much money is being lost?
Not without reliable supporting data.

Possible commercial impact may be discussed, but financial loss is not presented as a confirmed number when it cannot be verified.
Price and scope

One service, with scope confirmed before payment

What does the standard diagnostic cost?
The standard Digital Clarity Diagnostic costs ₪2,500.

The scope is confirmed in writing before payment.
Are there different packages?
No.

There is one main service: Digital Clarity Diagnostic.

The scope is adapted to the business rather than divided into multiple packages.
Can a large website still fit the standard scope?
Yes.

A large website does not automatically mean a higher price.

Representative sampling of important pages, templates, products or customer scenarios may be used when appropriate.
When can the price be different?
A large, complex or multilingual project may require a different scope, timeline and price.

Any difference is agreed in writing before payment and before work begins.
Do I pay before the request is reviewed?
No.

The request comes first.

Fit, scope, price, timeline and required information are confirmed before payment.
Is the initial review a free audit?
No.

The initial review only checks whether the diagnostic appears appropriate for the situation.

It does not include a full diagnosis, detailed findings or a free action plan.
Implementation

The service stops at diagnosis and recommendation

Will you implement the changes you recommend?
No.

The core service is diagnosis, explanation, prioritisation and recommendation.

Implementation is handled by you, your existing team or the specialist you choose.
Why diagnose problems if you do not implement them?
Because it can be useful to understand what the problem actually is before paying for the implementation.

The document can help identify the relevant area, explain why it matters, set priority and make it easier to brief the right specialist.
Can I give the document to my developer, marketer or SEO specialist?
Yes.

The document is designed to be understandable by the business owner and useful as structured direction for the relevant implementer.
What if I already have specialists?
That is completely fine.

The diagnostic is not intended to replace them.

It can help clarify which specialist should handle which issue and what deserves priority.
Results

What the diagnostic can and cannot promise

Do you guarantee more leads or sales?
No.

The diagnostic does not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, traffic, conversion, revenue or ROI.
What result should I expect?
The expected result is clearer decision-making.

You receive a connected understanding of what was found, what is uncertain, what may affect the customer journey, what deserves attention first and what can wait.
What if the problem is not the website?
That can be a useful conclusion.

The problem may instead involve traffic quality, positioning, advertising alignment, analytics, response speed, follow-up or another part of the customer journey.
What if the diagnostic shows I do not need a new website, SEO or CRM?
That is also a useful result.

The purpose is not to sell a predetermined solution.

A clearer picture may help avoid unnecessary, premature or lower-priority spending.
Why do you show case studies?
Case studies show how different visible symptoms can be connected to different underlying problems.

They are examples of diagnostic thinking and previous work — not promises that another business will get the same result.

SEO and search

SEO can be part of the picture without being the whole answer

Do you check SEO?
Yes, where it is relevant.

This may include indexing, search visibility, search intent, important pages, basic on-page gaps and how organic traffic connects to the business offer.
Is this a standalone full SEO service?
No.

SEO is one possible part of the wider diagnostic.

Zahavi Digital Clarity does not provide ongoing SEO management as part of this service.
Can the diagnostic show that an SEO specialist is exactly what I need?
Yes.

If the evidence points primarily to search visibility, indexing or another SEO-related issue, the recommendation may be to work directly with an appropriate SEO specialist.

The diagnostic is not designed to argue against specialists.
Can you check whether Google is bringing relevant visitors?
Yes, where Search Console, analytics or other useful data is available.

Search queries, landing pages and the actual business offer can be compared to identify possible mismatched search intent.
Next step

What to do if you are still unsure

What should I do first?
Send your website and briefly describe what currently feels unclear, weak or not working well enough.

You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself first.
What should I not send in the request?
Do not send passwords, administrator credentials, payment details, unnecessary private customer data or sensitive access information.

The first step only needs the website and enough context to understand the situation.
What if the diagnostic is not the right service for me?
Then I will not present it as the right next step.

The purpose of the initial review is to check fit before payment.
Still not sure?

You do not need to choose the solution before understanding the problem

Send the website and a short written description of what is happening.

I will review the context and confirm in writing whether Digital Clarity Diagnostic appears to be an appropriate next step.

From the first click to LTV

First understand where the customer journey is weakening. Then choose what to fix.

The initial request is simple: your website and a short explanation of what feels unclear or underperforming.

No passwords. No payment at the request stage. No meeting required.
