How It Works

A written process from uncertainty to clear priorities

Digital Clarity Diagnostic does not begin with assumptions or immediate implementation. First, I check whether the diagnostic fits the situation and define the scope in writing.

After payment and receipt of the information required to begin, I analyse the relevant parts of the digital system and deliver one standalone written document with findings, three main priorities and a 30 / 60 / 90-day action plan.

The process

Six clear steps from the first request to the final document

The process is designed to reduce guessing, limit unnecessary access and keep the work focused on the questions that actually matter.

1

Send a request

Send your website address and briefly explain what feels unclear, weak or not working well enough.

2

Fit and scope review

I review the public website and business context to determine whether the diagnostic is an appropriate next step.

3

Scope and payment

If the fit is right, the scope, price, timeline and required information are confirmed in writing before payment.

4

Written intake

After payment, you answer the required questions and provide the business context needed to begin.

5

Diagnostic analysis

I examine the agreed areas, test relevant customer actions and connect the available evidence across the journey.

6

Receive the document

You receive the findings, three main priorities, what not to do now, recommendations and the 30 / 60 / 90-day plan.

First request

The first step is only to understand the situation

The initial request is not a purchase and does not automatically begin paid work.

At this stage, I only need enough information to understand the public website, the business context and what currently feels unclear or underperforming.

Do not send sensitive access

  • No passwords.
  • No administrator credentials.
  • No payment information.
  • No billing credentials.
  • No unnecessary customer data.
  • No sensitive access details in the request form.
Scope

One service — with the scope adapted to the actual business

The service is not divided into packages. There is one Digital Clarity Diagnostic. The areas examined depend on the business, website, customer journey, available data and the questions that need to be answered.

Standard scope

The standard diagnostic covers the relevant parts of the digital system within the agreed scope for ₪2,500.

Representative sampling

A large website does not automatically require a higher price. Important pages, templates, products or customer scenarios may be sampled where appropriate.

Complex projects

Large, complex or multilingual projects may require a separately agreed scope, timeline and price before payment.

Information and access

Access is requested only when it helps answer the agreed questions

Many observations can be made from the public website. Where deeper evidence is useful, relevant reports, screenshots or read-only access may be requested.

Website and business context

Main services, target audience, important customer actions, business model, current concerns and what has already been tried.

Analytics and traffic data

Where useful: GA4, Search Console, advertising data or other relevant reports that help verify what is happening.

Enquiry and customer context

Where relevant: how people contact the business, response speed, follow-up, repeated contact and available information about later outcomes.

Read-only access is preferred

When access is useful, viewer or read-only permissions are preferred whenever practical. The purpose is diagnosis, not control over your systems.

From the first click to LTV

The website is only one part of the customer journey

A potential customer can be lost before reaching the site, after the click, while trying to understand the offer, during an enquiry or after the business has already received the lead.

Before and after the click

Traffic relevance, search intent, advertising message and whether the page matches the expectation created before the visit.

Website and enquiry

Offer clarity, trust, mobile UX, forms, WhatsApp, calls and other steps leading to contact.

After the enquiry

Where information is available: first response, follow-up, repeated contact, retention and potential LTV-related friction.

Data and evidence

The diagnostic works with the evidence the business actually has

Missing analytics does not automatically block the diagnostic. It changes what can be confirmed and what must remain a hypothesis.

When useful data exists

Available traffic, search, conversion, enquiry and customer-path information can help support stronger conclusions.

  • Traffic and landing-page patterns.
  • Search-query relevance.
  • Important events and conversions.
  • Enquiry-source connections.
  • Visible drop-off patterns.

When data is limited

The diagnostic relies more heavily on what can be observed, tested and verified directly.

  • Website and mobile behaviour.
  • Offer and trust friction.
  • Forms and customer actions.
  • Technical problems.
  • Measurement gaps.

Facts and hypotheses stay separate

The final document distinguishes confirmed observations, plausible explanations and questions that cannot be answered from the available information.

What you receive

One written document designed to stand on its own

The document is not just a collection of problems. It is organised to help you understand what matters, why it matters and what should happen next.

Findings and evidence

What was found, what the conclusion is based on and whether it is a confirmed fact, hypothesis or limitation.

Impact and recommendation

Why each important finding may matter and what practical action is recommended next.

Clear priorities

Three main priorities, what does not need attention now and a 30 / 60 / 90-day plan.

What this is

Diagnosis and prioritisation

  • Offer and positioning review.
  • Website and mobile UX analysis.
  • SEO and advertising review where relevant.
  • Functional QA.
  • Analytics and measurement review.
  • Customer journey analysis.
  • Lead handling and follow-up where data is available.
  • Written recommendations and priorities.
What this is not

Implementation or ongoing management

  • Not website development.
  • Not ongoing SEO.
  • Not advertising management.
  • Not CRM implementation.
  • Not automation implementation.
  • Not programming or technical support.
  • Not a formal legal or cybersecurity audit.
  • Not a guarantee of leads, rankings, sales, revenue or ROI.
Timing

The timeline begins when everything required to start is ready

For a standard scope, the completed document is normally delivered within up to three business days after payment and receipt of the information required to begin.

Business days

Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays. For a separately agreed complex scope, the timeline is confirmed in writing before payment.

Next step

You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself before sending a request

Send the website and briefly explain what feels unclear or is not working well enough. I will review the context and confirm in writing whether Digital Clarity Diagnostic is an appropriate next step.
