Request a Written Diagnostic

Tell me what you observe.

You do not need to know whether the problem is technical, search-related, functional, analytical or somewhere in the wider customer journey.

Send your website, briefly describe your business and explain what feels unclear, weak or not working well enough. I will review the context and determine whether a written Digital Clarity Diagnostic is the right next step.

The diagnostic may examine slow loading, mobile problems, broken forms, unclear service pages, indexing or traffic-quality issues, missing tracking, weak enquiries, disappearing leads, repeated customer questions or gaps after the first contact.

What to prepare

Keep it simple.

You only need your website link, a short explanation of what the business does, the main action you want a potential customer to take and what you currently observe.

You can describe symptoms rather than causes: slow pages, weak enquiries, confusing information, forms that may not work, irrelevant traffic, missing data or leads that do not move forward.

You do not need to diagnose the real cause yourself. Identifying the relevant technical, SEO, functional, analytics or customer-journey layers is part of the written diagnostic process.

Safety note

Do not send passwords.

No payment, administrator access, billing access, private customer data or sensitive credentials are required in this form.

If analytics, Search Console, advertising data or another system becomes relevant later, access is discussed separately.

Read-only or viewer access is preferred whenever technically possible.

Form

Request your written diagnostic.

Fill in the form below. It usually takes 3–5 minutes. This is a request for manual fit review, not an automatic start of paid work.

Do not send passwords, administrator credentials, billing access, payment information or sensitive customer data. The first step is only to understand the public website, business context and what appears unclear, weak or not working well enough.

After you submit

What happens next?

1. I review the request

I manually review your public website, business context and the symptoms or uncertainty you described.

I consider whether the relevant weakness may be technical, search-related, functional, analytical, customer-facing or connected to lead handling.

2. I confirm fit and scope

If a written Digital Clarity Diagnostic is relevant for your situation, I recommend the appropriate package, diagnostic scope and next step.

The scope is based on the real situation, not on a fixed generic checklist.

3. Payment and access come later

The diagnostic begins only after the package, scope, price, payment and required information are confirmed.

When access is needed, read-only or viewer access is preferred whenever possible.

Submitting the form does not start the diagnostic automatically. It is the first step for manual review, fit confirmation and scope definition. A long call is not required before starting; a short walkthrough can be added later only if it is useful after the written findings.
Start with clarity

You do not need to identify the real cause before requesting clarity.

Describe what you see and what is not working well enough. The purpose of the written diagnostic is to connect the technical, SEO, functional, analytics, customer-journey and lead-handling pieces, identify what matters most and show what should be addressed first.
